The proposed United States Pilot represents the first commercial implementation of the Institutional Capital Formation Framework (ICFF).
Its purpose is not simply to launch a new commercial platform, but to evaluate whether verified consumer participation can support participation-based capital formation, productive deployment, and institutional coordination under measurable marketplace conditions.
The Pilot serves as the commercial validation phase of the ICFF architecture while providing practical insight into long-term scalability, institutional compatibility, and commercial sustainability.
