Connecting Participation Formation with Independently Governed Productive Deployment

The Institutional Deployment Architecture provides a potential bridge between transaction-originated participation formation within the ICFF architecture and independently governed institutional deployment environments.

Eligible participation records may be organized into Defined Participation Pools and presented or communicated through a Deployment Interface to one or more dedicated Deployment Vehicles.

A Defined Participation Pool remains distinguishable from the Deployment Vehicle, and determination of eligibility within the ICFF architecture need not constitute acceptance or deployment by the Vehicle. The Deployment Vehicle may independently evaluate applicable opportunities according to its own governance, mandate, acceptance criteria, deployment parameters, and operating requirements. This separation creates an architecture in which FE4C may provide the transaction-origination and participation framework while qualified institutional organizations potentially provide vehicle structuring, governance, operating infrastructure, deployment expertise and independent decision-making.

Multiple Deployment Vehicles may ultimately support different institutional mandates or Productive Deployment environments. The patent architecture expressly accommodates multiple vehicles with differing acceptance criteria and deployment parameters.
